Click on the Download Now! button to download LoanMagic.

Important: Be sure to write down the path to the directory where you save the file.

When the file download is complete, locate the folder in which the file was saved and locate the file named "loanmagic.exe".

Double-click the new file and a screen will appear prompting you to begin installation. Follow the steps to install LoanMagic. The full installation will also install the required applications, JavaTM Web Start and DocMaster.

Once the LoanMagic installation is complete, you may launch the program by clicking on the LoanMagic icon on your desktop, or by selecting LoanMagic from your Windows Program menu. You will then be asked to login or to set up a new LoanMagic user.
The LoanMagic software is available free of charge. If you do not choose to download LoanMagic from our website and would prefer to have this shipped to you on a free CD, please select Order Free CD.
