*Your FREE month begins at initial sign-on and does not include charges for additional services you may request (see Additional Services & Fees below). Billing is based upon the subscription period and is charged one billing period in advance. If you choose to cancel and wish to avoid being charged for your next term of service, you must cancel before the end of your FREE month by calling (800) 649-1362 and speaking to a LoanMagic Customer Service Representative. You are responsible for Additional Fees and Services (listed below), even during your FREE trial period.

Credit Reports
LoanMagic allows the convenience of running a credit report instantly. Data is automatically imported into your contact databases for immediate access. The credit vendor you select will charge you in accordance with your vendor agreement.

DocMagic Document Production
All of your document preparation needs are solved by DocMagic. State-specific compliant PreDisclosure document packages are $3.00 each with no charge for re-disclosure. Secure electronic delivery is available at no extra cost. Additional document processing services are billed based on the DocMagic services and fees schedule.

LoanMagic Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact a LoanMagic Customer Service representative at (800) 649-1362 to begin the cancellation process. You are responsible for paying all fees and charges for services you order (e.g., credit reports, automated valuation reports, loan documents, etc.) until such time as your access to such services has been terminated. Please note that we charge your credit card in advance. Accordingly, to avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must complete the cancellation process by 5:00 p.m. pacific time of the last business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of the current billing period. We will not grant refund requests, either in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to, your failure to activate and/or utilize the account during any free or reduced rate usage period.
